April Playgroup

Hi everyone!

We'll have our playgroup this month at the park on Evergreen and Newcastle in Bellaire. We'll go to the one on the same side as the swimming pool. Let's go for 10am too, because it's going to get warmer this month. Next Thursday, April 5th, we'll have our Easter Egg Hunt at the park. Bring a bag or basket and at least 5 "stuffed" eggs per child. We'll do the hunt around 11am after the kids play a bit. Call for any questions or whatever! March Playgroup

Hi sisters! For the month of March, we'll be meeting again every
Thursday between 10am-10:30am at the playground across Bellaire City
LIbrary, near the swimming pool. Because it's hard to explain
directions, please just go on google maps online and type in "Bellaire
City Library, Jessamine Street, Bellaire, TX". You'll see a big green
park north of the library and that's where we're meeting. I recommend
parking off of 5th street. If you have questions, call me! Amanda
(832) 588-0202. We will meet also the week of the rodeo trip on Thurs.

Oh, and this is optional, but we're going as a ward to the rodeo March
7th, Wednesday. We're going to meet at 9:30am at the gate.(Trust me, around 10-10:30am all of the buses come with the elementary school kids! Park in
Yellow Lot (Public). Parking(cash) is $12. A tram will take you to the gate. Enter Gate 16 off Main St www.rodeohouston.com/guest-services/handicap.aspx.
The entrance fee for the livestock show is $2.50 dollars a person over the age of 2 for this value wednesday
we're attending.) I am going to pay at the gate, it's easy and you can pay with credit card. Oh, and
I am not attending, so can one of you who can go for sure at 9:30am let me know and then I can give ya'll her phone number so you all can be in contact with each other?

February 9th Valentines Day Playgroup!

Hi sisters! We'll go to the same park as listed for February, but I have a couple of ideas to make it fun. Can each of you bring a few valentines to share with everybody? ALso, we'll make a valentine bag together to put the valentines in. Also, I think I'll ask a couple of us to bring heart-shaped cookies and someone else to bring frosting. February Playgroup

We're meeting this month at the Karl Young Park north of Braeswood Blvd. and west of Stella Link. The address is 4000 Tartan Ln. There isn't very much room for parking, so Kyrsten Crawford has suggested that we park near her house on Tartan Ln. and walk to the park. On the 12th of Feb, I was thinking that a Valentines Day playgroup would be fun! I'll let everyone know soon what we'll do for that.

January Playgroup

Hi, everyone! Sorry I didn't post a playgroup place for this morning.....I realized late last night that I didn't post for today! The park we'll be meeting at will be on Newcastle and Evergreen. (There's an exit off of the 610 called Evergreen between beechnut and bellaire exits. Turn east-ish and you'll run into the park on your left across from the swimming pool.(before you hit newcastle) call for any questions, please! December Playgroup

Hi Playgroup Sisters!

Let's meet at the park located near Kirby Dr. and Holcombe Blvd. The exact crossroads(residential streets) are Wakeforest Ave. and Arbuckle St. If you type those two names into google maps with Houston, TX, it'll show you where it is. November Playgroup

For November 3rd, 10th, and 17th, we will meet at Colonial Park, located east of the 610 and north of Bellaire blvd. off of Academy Street. Just type in the name "colonial park Houston, TX" in http://maps.google.com/ and it'll show you where it is. ***We will not meet on November 24th as it is Thanksgiving Day! I'll post for December during that week. Any thoughts? Should we even do playgroup between Thanksgiving and Christmas?
